High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

High  performance liquid chromatography only requires that the sample be made  into a solution that is free from the volatility of the sample. The  mobile phase has a wide range of options and a wide variety of  stationary phases, allowing for the separation of thermally unstable and  nonvolatile, Non-dissociated and various molecular weight ranges.
In  conjunction with the sample pretreatment technology, the high  resolution and high sensitivity achieved by HPLC makes it possible to  separate and simultaneously measure substances that are very similar in  nature and to be able to separate the trace components from complex  phases. With the development of stationary phase,  it is possible to complete the separation under the condition of fully  maintaining the activity of biochemical substances.
